In addition to accepting task orders, purchase orders or contracts directly, BST can deliver our resources through contract vehicles awarded to BST Alliance Partners. We have partnerships with Alaskan Native Companies, Native American Corporations, Service Disable Veteran Owned Businesses, Certified 8a & Hub Zone Businesses to name a few.
The BST-Alliance is a network of companies we have meticulously screened and assembled providing Products & Services beneficial to our client base. We encourage them to team with each other to deliver a comprehensive solution therefore reducing the number of contracts required to address a complete WorkSpace Solution. Frankly speaking, we did it as much for BST as for our clients since we often get tasked with managing the Subcontractors we recommend. We’ve found this approach allows us to do more for less.
We are vastly different but do have some shared interests, i.e. adhering to the schedule, maintaining quality, coordinating subs etc. Where we differ is BST handles the Technology Elements and the GC handles the Structural Elements. When the two depend on each other, BST handles the coordination of the GC’ and their subs with the Technology F&I teams working for the Tenant. Simply put, we enable our clients to become their own Technology General Contractor. Due to the pace of Technology evolution, it is rare that the scope of every Technology element can be defined in time to make it into the GC’s contract.
